Star this hairstyle by putting the hair in a standard ponytail.
You can take the front section of the hair and puff it up and secure it with bobby pins.
You are going to need some type of bun maker. Get one which is closest to your hair colour, so that it doesn't show through.
To begin, put the ponytail through the bun maker.
Start by grabbing a small section of hair and twisting it.
Once you come to the end of the strand, take it over the top of the bun maker and get it through the middle. Basically just wrap it around.
Add a little bit of hair from the ponytail to the previous twisted strand bit.
Twist it up again and wrap it over the bun maker.
Ensure that the twists are close together to get the look right and also so that the bun maker doesn't show through.
