1. Jump squats:

# Your feet should be shoulder width apart.
# Your knees should be just above your feet and your back should be neutral.
# Jump forward lower your body by bending your knees and hips until you reach 90-degrees.Touch the floor with your hands and walk back.
# Remember, this has to be done at a fast pace to be effective.
# Do 5 reps.
# The heart rate will soar up.
# Now pick up a dumbbell and hold it with both your hands in front of your navel. Keep looking straight and gently twist to your left, come back to the center and then twist towards your right.do this slowly so that the intensity comes down.
# Do 5 sets of this.Now you need to pump the heart rate up again.

2. Skaters Lunge exercise:

# Stand with your legs hip width apart.
# Start from your right leg, hop up and take your right leg across towards the left side from behind.

3. Knee Ups: 

# Stand straight. Legs are a comfortable distance from each other.
# Stretch your arms from the elbows in front of you.
# Start with touching your right knee to your palms.
# Repeat with left side.
# The key here is the speed. You have to keep jumping and touching the alternate knee to the palms at a very high speed.
# Do15 reps.
